WEAR AND TEAR POLICY

 

 

As Andro1dgirl specialises in archive footwear and clothing that is at least 15 to 30 years old, we stress that these items may show wear and tear far quicker than a new purchase. We strongly advise to wear these items sparingly, and gently.

FOOTWEAR - The condition of each pair of shoes is noted in their individual listing. Please read this carefully. Again, we strongly advise to wear any footwear purchased from us gently and sparingly; once or twice a week, at most. Most footwear we sell is not suitable for walking long distances or for extended periods of time.

CLOTHING - The condition of each item of clothing is noted in their individual listing. We recommend hand washing pieces that are cotton, or poly based. Please refer to the care labels on each piece for further instruction.

RETURNS POLICY

- We do not accept any returns if the item has been worn and damage has occurred. Please refer to our wear and tear policy for further details.

- If the item becomes damaged upon removal of the delivery package, or suffers damage during delivery, we advise you to contact us immediately. We assess each case individually to work on a solution.
