This is the Puma Avanti - first debuted in the late 90's and popular throughout the 2000's, you might better know these as the inspiration for Rihanna's new Fenty collaboration with Puma. They have a big, football style tongue in contrasting white leather, and a foam sole for extra bouncy vibes when you walk.
Condition is good - as with any sneakers with foam soles, time will only tell when they start to crumble. We can't currently see any issues with these apart from some slight peeling inside the shoe (can easily be removed and doesn't effect the aesthetic).
