Yes, this is the same Dirk Bikkembergs that brought you the iconic bungee cord boots - the namesake and original owner of the brand, Mr Dirk himself, even kitted out a football team in the 2000s, so it's no surprise that he leant heavily into the theme for his casual line.
This pair is in a shiny patent black leather, with white on one of the three velcro strap closures. The soles are black in the famous "cleat" style as well.
Condition is fantastic! These look barely worn. Almost no markings to the upper or to the soles.
